About

Meet Dr. Celia Williams

Board-certified general pediatrician · General Pediatrics · PennCare for Kids Limerick

Dr. Williams began her pediatric career in New Jersey, at a multi-specialty practice in Secaucus and Bayonne, before moving to the Tampa, Florida area, where she spent seven years building a fast-growing two-office practice and mentoring newly hired physicians. In 2024, she returned home to the Philadelphia area to join Penn Medicine, where she now sees patients at PennCare for Kids Limerick.

Across every stop, her focus has stayed the same: newborn care and development, ADHD evaluation and management, and adolescent health — including the anxiety and depression so many teenagers face today. Colleagues and patients alike describe her as a people person first, someone who measures a good visit by whether a family leaves with real answers, not by how quickly it ends.

“My dream visit is one where I can practice good, thoughtful medicine without cutting corners on the care my patients deserve.”

Beyond the white coat

Life outside the office

When she’s not at the office, Dr. Williams is usually outnumbered — she’s mom to twin toddlers, and most weekends are spent on nature walks, chasing little feet, and singing more nursery rhymes than she ever expected to memorize. She and her husband are working through a long travel bucket list one trip at a time, and she rarely goes anywhere without a good book and a large cup of coffee — fiction, mystery, sci-fi, it doesn’t matter, as long as there’s a story in it.
